Above all, I’m here to help you gain clarity and confidence.
Together, we’ll pause, reflect, and reveal. In that process, we’ll get to the root of what you want, identify what’s standing in the way, and take intentional action to create change.
My experience
I’ve supported people to achieve a wide range of goals, including:
Leading and managing diverse teams effectively
Navigating internal and external challenges in building businesses and nonprofits
Defining individual leadership styles and priorities
Enhancing communication skills
Positioning for career advancement
Boosting confidence and overcoming imposter feelings
Improving focus and prioritization
My approach
Holistic Support
As a systems thinker, I approach coaching with a holistic lens, looking beyond isolated challenges to understand the full scope of your experiences. I’m fully present, flexible, and listen deeply.
Long-Term Growth Focus
I focus on long-term growth that enables you to expand your capacity and achieve tangible outcomes. Within a few sessions, people often start seeing concrete changes. I don’t use one-size-fits-all approaches.
A Judgment-Free Space
I create a judgment-free environment where you can take risks and explore new practices. I’ll help you experience a sense of spaciousness so you can imagine and strategize freely.
A True Partnership
You are the expert on your life and experiences. We’ll work together to uncover your values, beliefs, and gaps bringing you clarity on your path and unlocking your potential to get there.
Clarifying Without Advising
Rather than give advice, I’ll help you clarify your thinking and reach your growth edge. I listen closely, notice patterns, and ask questions to get to the root of the issue. I’m unattached to specific outcomes.
Confidentiality and Trust
Confidentiality is foundational to our work together. What you share with me remains between us, even if your organization is involved in arranging our engagement.
A note about the leadership in leadership coaching
Leadership coaching isn’t just for those with senior titles — it’s for anyone ready to navigate challenges and create meaningful impact in their life and work.
Yes, you’re a leader. Leadership isn't only defined by titles, authority, or positions but by the influence you have and environment you create. Whether or not you lead a team or run an organization, you’re making an impact in this world — you’re the leader of your life and your role.
The choices you make, the values you uphold, the way you carry yourself, all have meaning. And to lead with purpose and clarity, you must first uncover your own path and inspire others to align with theirs, creating a shared vision that drives meaningful impact.

Founder and Principal of Reveal Impact
My path to coaching
Before founding Reveal Impact, I started a nonprofit and stepped into the role of executive director for the first time. Seeking support, I worked with a coach who became invaluable to my growth as a leader. Through our work, I developed tools to solve problems, built resilience, and experienced numerous ‘a-ha’ moments that empowered me to better support the organization’s stakeholders and my broader professional and personal communities.
These experiences and the energy and fulfillment I found in the process inspired me to become a coach myself — to help others gain clarity and confidence, and create meaningful impact.
My journey to create impact
Throughout my career, I’ve strived for a better world, which has included successfully reforming federal chemical safety legislation, founding and leading an animal welfare nonprofit, and overseeing people operations at my family’s large Montessori school. I’ve also had the honor of serving as an advisor and board member for numerous animal protection organizations.
I have an Executive Certificate in Leadership Coaching from Georgetown University and a Master of Public Management from Johns Hopkins University.
